Returns & Exchanges

At SamuLighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices. If your new fixture doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
